All capitalized terms referenced herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions.
The English version shall take precedence.
1. Accounts
1.1. To be able to place bets using any of the Websites, you are required to register on the Website and create an account.
1.2. You may hold only one (1) account. Only one account per household, IP address, and computer is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all such accounts being blocked or closed and any wagers being canceled. Furthermore, any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses obtained or accumulated while a duplicate account was active will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by us, and you agree to return any withdrawn funds upon request. If you wish to create an additional account, you must contact support. In such a case, the existing account will be closed once the new account is opened. If you become aware that you have more than one registered account, you must inform us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to restricted access to your account.
1.3. You are required to provide all mandatory details requested in the registration form, including a valid email address. Without a valid email address, we will not be able to assist you in recovering forgotten passwords. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
1.4. During registration, you will be required to select a username and password to access the Website. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Casino bears no responsibility for any misuse of your account by third parties resulting from your intentional or unintentional disclosure of login information.
1.5. To ensure transaction security, SSL encryption technology is used. All customer information is treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.
1.6. Please note that withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method that was used for deposits.
1.7. You confirm that all information provided during the validity of this agreement is true, complete, and accurate, and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes to such information.
1.8. You are prohibited from transferring funds to or from other players, as well as from transferring, selling, or acquiring user accounts.
1.9. In certain situations, a wager may be confirmed or a payment processed in error. In such cases, the Casino reserves the right to void all wagers affected by the error or to rectify the mistake by re-settling the wagers using the correct prices, spreads, or terms that should have applied at the time the wager was placed, had the error not occurred.
1.10. If the user becomes aware of any potential errors or deficiencies in the software, the user agrees not to exploit them and to report them to us without delay. If the user fails to comply with these obligations, the Company reserves the right to seek full compensation for all costs related to the error or deficiency, including those arising from the user’s failure to provide timely notification.
1.11. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal proceedings may be initiated against any user or other individual who has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the casino system. The Company also reserves the right to discontinue and/or modify any games or events offered on the Website.
2. Payouts
2.1. The minimum withdrawal amount varies depending on your country of residence and generally ranges from EUR 50 to EUR 120, unless stated otherwise. The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the selected payment method. If the requested withdrawal exceeds the limits of a specific payment system, the funds will be paid out in separate installments.
2.2. In the event that your account is credited with winnings that you are not entitled to, whether due to a technical malfunction, incorrect pay-table configuration, human error, or any other reason, such funds will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If such funds are withdrawn before the error is identified, the incorrectly credited amount shall constitute a debt owed by you to us, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available. You are required to notify us immediately by email upon becoming aware of any incorrect crediting.
2.3. You acknowledge that funds are used immediately once placed in play and that the Casino does not offer refunds or cancellations. The Website reserves the right to pay out large winnings in monthly installments.
2.4. We reserve the right to conduct verification checks for every client upon their first withdrawal. Such checks may require copies of a player’s passport or national identity card, utility bills, and/or copies of the debit or credit cards used for deposits.
2.5. The Player is responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted as part of the KYC process are authentic. Submission of forged or fraudulent documents may result in the confiscation of deposits and any potential winnings.
2.6. In order to request a withdrawal, the player must wager their deposited funds at least three (3) times prior to withdrawal. This requirement complies with anti-money laundering regulations. The player is solely responsible for the payment of any fees and taxes applicable to their winnings in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
2.7. The Website supports payouts through Visa Original Credit Transfer (OCT) and Mastercard Payment Transfer. Please be advised that even in supported countries, successful processing of credit card payments cannot be guaranteed, as issuing banks may block or decline transactions at their own discretion.
2.8. In the unlikely event that a player sends cryptocurrency funds to an incorrect blockchain network, including but not limited to sending BTC to a BCH address, the Casino will not attempt to recover the funds unless the amount exceeds €5,000. In such cases, a recovery fee of 0.1 BTC will apply to cover the costs associated with the recovery process. Recovery of such funds cannot be guaranteed.
2.9. The Website operates using Euro as its internal currency. As a result, when transactions are made in other currencies, the amount charged to your credit card may be slightly higher than the amount displayed due to currency conversion applied by your bank and/or the Casino’s payment processing system.
2.10. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Once approved and released, additional time may be required depending on the payment method used.
2.11. You acknowledge that, in exceptional cases, bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to additional fees charged by intermediary banks. These fees are beyond the control of the Casino.
2.12. The maximum withdrawal limits are €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a particular promotion. Players with a higher VIP status, if applicable, may be granted exceptions at the sole discretion of the Casino.
2.13. If your winnings exceed €15,000, the Casino reserves the right to distribute the payout in monthly installments of up to €15,000 until the full amount has been paid.
2.14. We reserve the right to apply additional identity verification procedures (Know Your Client) when processing deposits to your account. These procedures may include, but are not limited to, submitting a selfie with an identification document. Casino management requires that verification documents (ID, payment method confirmation, utility bills, etc.) be provided in either Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. If the player is unable to submit documents in these alphabets, the Casino may require video verification where the player presents their documents.
2.15. We reserve the right to contact you by phone using the number registered in your account, which may be required as part of the KYC verification process at our discretion. No withdrawals will be processed until the account has been fully verified.
2.16. You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers may, in exceptional cases, incur additional fees charged by intermediary banks. These charges are outside the control of the Casino and are limited to the equivalent of 16 EUR.
2.17. The Casino is not a financial institution and shall not be treated as such. Your account does not accrue interest, and no currency conversion or exchange services are provided at any time.
3. Bonuses
3.1. All bonus promotions are strictly limited to one per individual and their family, household address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, credit or debit card, e-wallet, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), or one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).
3.2. Bonuses are available to all players, except in cases where a bonus is subject to country restrictions and the player is a resident or citizen of a restricted country. Players from Sweden are not permitted to receive bonuses, take part in promotional offers, obtain VIP rewards, or exchange comp points.
3.3. The player must not misuse or abuse bonus offers. In the event of such abuse, the Casino reserves the right to deny the player any future bonuses and to cancel any winnings obtained through the use of bonus funds, whether during wagering or after its completion.
3.4. The player is prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities while playing with an active bonus in order to meet the wagering requirements. The Casino reserves the right to void all winnings obtained by the player.
3.5. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum deposit requirement, a maximum bonus amount limit, wagering conditions, a maximum bet limit during wagering, and a time limit for bonus validity.
3.6. By default, all issued bonuses are subject to a maximum bet limit during wagering of 5 GBP/EUR or the equivalent amount, unless otherwise specified. This maximum bet includes bet doubling after a completed game round, as well as the purchase of bonus rounds within a game.
3.7. Winnings generated from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only after all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
3.8. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses must be wagered forty (40) times before any funds can be withdrawn.
3.9. All bonuses are sticky. This means that withdrawals cannot be requested until wagering requirements are completed. Gameplay is conducted using real money first, followed by bonus funds. Once bonus funds are lost, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
3.10. Bonuses are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.
3.11. If the bonus validity period expires and wagering requirements have not been met, all remaining bonus funds and winnings will be void.
3.12. The player may request a withdrawal of their deposited funds before completing the bonus wagering requirements. In such cases, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and any remaining balance will be paid out to the player.
3.13. The player has the right to cancel any bonus prior to wagering without losing their deposited funds.
3.14. Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
3.15. The player has the right to decline any bonus offered by the Casino.
3.16. It is prohibited to delay the completion of any game round, including Free Spins or bonus features, for a later time when wagering requirements are no longer active, or to make new deposits while Free Spins or bonus features remain available in a game.

3.23. All bonuses are credited based on CET time.
3.24. If a player is within a cooling-off period at the time a win occurs, no prize will be granted.
3.25. Winnings obtained from bonuses are limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the bonus amount.
3.26. The maximum winnings from any no-deposit offer are capped at 50 EUR or the equivalent amount in another currency, unless stated otherwise. This limit applies to all no-deposit promotions, including no-deposit bonuses, free spins, and cash rewards.

9. Sticky Light Bonus Mechanics
9.1. The bonus balance is separated into two parts: real funds and bonus funds. Winnings are credited to the part of the balance from which the bet was placed. Only bets made using the bonus part of the bonus balance are counted toward wagering requirements. Bets placed using the real part of the bonus balance are not wagered.
