Fairness & RNG testing methods
All capitalized terms used in this document and not otherwise defined have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions.
Online gambling must be fair. While this also implies that players act honestly and without harmful intent, casinos are responsible for taking all necessary steps to guarantee that players can participate in games under fair and secure conditions.
1. Definition of a fair and safe casino
A “fair casino” is an online casino that:
1.1. pays out all valid winnings;
1.2. does not include unfair provisions in its terms and conditions;
1.3. does not use misleading or deceptive practices to take advantage of players;
1.4. blocks access from restricted countries (does not allow players from certain jurisdictions to register or play) and grants bonuses only to players who are eligible to use them.
Even casinos with fair rules and a responsible approach to gambling may sometimes apply practices that are questionable from a player’s perspective. In certain situations, players may overlook specific rules and unintentionally violate them, even if those rules are generally considered fair. For this reason, casinos should use technical solutions to ensure compliance with all rules and to prevent players from accidentally encountering problems.
2. Fair and safe casino
Fair and safe casinos are those that meet all the requirements of a “fair casino” and additionally implement measures designed to prevent players from unintentionally breaking the rules or acting against their own interests.
Accordingly, “fair and safe casinos” should prevent players from breaching the general terms and conditions, bonus terms and conditions, or any other rules that could put the funds in their account at risk. In particular, “fair and safe” casinos should:
2.1. ensure adherence to maximum bet limits, restricted games, and other bonus-related conditions;
2.2. notify players when they are about to take an action that could negatively affect them (for example, accepting a bonus that may cancel winnings from a previous bonus);
2.3. verify the presence of multiple accounts during registration (we recommend checking the database for a combination of the new player’s name and date of birth and displaying a warning if any matches are found; this will be explained in more detail below).
Fair casinos cooperate exclusively with reputable gambling software providers. With the exception of LIVE casino games, a Random Number Generator (RNG) is always used to determine random outcomes in order to ensure the integrity of casino games.
This is a standard industry solution that guarantees consistently random results and has been thoroughly tested through the execution and analysis of thousands of game rounds. The randomness generated by the RNG creates a reliable and fair gaming environment.
We work together with gambling regulators and online gambling licensing bodies to ensure full compliance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdictions.
