Responsible gaming policy

All capitalized terms used herein and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions.

HOW DO WE COMMIT TO RESPONSIBLE GAMING?

Gambling at an online casino should always be intended for entertainment purposes. However, a certain percentage of players may lose control while gambling. Before you begin playing, it is essential to understand that gambling should never be considered a source of income or a way to solve financial difficulties. It is recommended to monitor both the time spent and the amount of money used at an online casino on a daily basis. If you feel that you may start spending more than you can afford, or if gaming begins to interfere with your normal daily activities, we strongly recommend considering several preventive measures. These may include setting Limits on your gaming activity, choosing Self-Exclusion options, and seeking assistance and support from reliable independent organizations. You can also take the gambling addiction quiz to help determine whether you may be showing signs of gambling addiction.

  • Do not activate the ‘remember password’ option on log-in pages.

2. Gaming Problem

Many activities can become problematic if they are not practiced in moderation, such as alcohol consumption, shopping, or playing video games. Gaming is no exception. Signs of addiction can be difficult to recognize, either in yourself or in others, and are often not directly related to financial loss. Gambling may be a symptom of a broader underlying issue. In some cases, gaming becomes a way to escape or avoid addressing another challenge. The motivation behind such behavior can be subconscious, meaning the individual may not be fully aware of the underlying causes or potential consequences. In such situations, professional assistance is available. It is extremely important to identify this type of behavior at an early stage, before it leads to serious practical consequences. Unfortunately, this condition may manifest not only through physical symptoms, but also through financial and social difficulties. Fortunately, the majority of people are able to gamble and play throughout their lives without it ever developing into a problem.

  • Casino betting is purely for entertainment. It is not and can never be a profession.

  • Take regular breaks to ensure you remain alert and refreshed.
  • Define a budget before you begin playing and make sure you adhere to it.

If you believe that you may be at risk of developing a gambling dependency, there are many dedicated services and websites available to support you. A simple self-assessment test is available at https://begambleaware.org/gambling-problems/do-i-have-a-gambling-problem, which may help you identify whether gaming is becoming an issue for you.

4. Our Service and Tools

The Website provides a variety of services designed to support you if you feel that you may be developing a dependency on gambling.

The Website has implemented a number of measures to ensure that members can place bets and play in a secure and controlled environment. Your account has been created and configured to allow you to enjoy gaming safely.

When participating in games of skill or chance that involve money, outcomes are by nature unpredictable. Even if a coin is tossed ten times and lands on heads each time, the probability of tails on the next toss remains 50%.

There are several ways in which you can make your overall experience not only safer but also more enjoyable. To use the deposit limit functionality, you must be logged in to your Account. We encourage you to take these measures into consideration when playing on the Website.

5. Limits

5.1. Set a limit

Deposit limits form part of our Responsible Gaming Policy and are intended to help you manage your spending. You may choose to set daily, weekly, or monthly limits, or a combination of these for additional control. We recommend that members establish a spending limit. This can be done easily by accessing ‘My Account’ and then ‘Responsible Gaming’, where you can enter an amount in one or more of the ‘Daily Limit’, ‘Weekly Limit’, or ‘Monthly Limit’ fields. Setting a personal budget is advisable, as it ensures that you will be notified if your spending exceeds your intended amount.

If you apply a deposit limit, any request to increase or remove that limit will only take effect after 24 hours. This cooling-off period is intended to give you sufficient time to reconsider whether increasing your deposit limit is the right decision. Requests to reduce your deposit limit or to set a new limit will take effect immediately. You may also consider setting Wagering Limits, which allow you to control the maximum amount you are willing to wager within a specific time period.

5.2. Daily Limits

Daily limits apply over a 24 hour period. As with all limits, they take into account the amount deposited during the previous time frame. For example, if you have already deposited €20 within the last 24 hours and you choose a daily deposit limit of €20, you will not be able to make another deposit until 24 hours have passed since your most recent deposit. If you have deposited €10 during the past 24 hours and you select a daily deposit limit of €20, you will only be able to deposit up to an additional €10 until 24 hours have elapsed since your last deposit.

5.3. Weekly Limits

Weekly limits apply over a period of 168 hours. As with all limits, they consider the total amount deposited during the previous period. For example, if you have already deposited €20 within the last 168 hours and you set a weekly deposit limit of €20, you will not be able to deposit again until 168 hours have passed since your last deposit. If you have deposited €10 during the past 168 hours and you choose a weekly deposit limit of €20, you will only be able to deposit a maximum of €10 more until 168 hours have passed since your most recent deposit.

Note: If a daily limit is already active and you set a weekly limit that is lower than your daily limit, the daily limit will be removed and only the weekly limit will apply. If your weekly deposit limit is higher than your daily limit, you will still not be able to exceed the weekly cap. For example, if your daily limit is €10 and your weekly limit is €20, you may deposit up to €10 per day for two days, after which no further deposits will be permitted until 168 hours have passed since your last deposit.

5.4. Monthly Limits

Monthly limits apply over a period of 720 hours. As with all limits, they take into consideration the total amount deposited during the previous period. For example, if you have already deposited €50 within the last 720 hours and you select a monthly deposit limit of €50, you will not be able to deposit again until 720 hours have passed since your last deposit. If you have deposited €20 during the past 720 hours and your monthly deposit limit is set at €50, you will only be able to deposit up to an additional €30 until 720 hours have passed since your most recent deposit.

Note: If you already have daily and or weekly limits in place and your monthly limit is set at an amount lower than those limits, the daily and or weekly limits will be removed and only the monthly limit will remain active. If your monthly limit is higher than your daily and weekly limits, you will still not be able to exceed the monthly cap. For example, if your daily limit is €10, your weekly limit is €20, and your monthly limit is €50, you may deposit up to €10 per day for two days, but no further deposits will be allowed until 168 hours have passed since your last deposit.
