3. General rules
3.1. Any person who is under the age or below the minimum gambling age established by the applicable law of the End Player’s country is not allowed to use the Sportsbook services, open an End Player account, or place a Stake on any Bet.
3.2. In case of any inconsistency between the English version of these Betting Rules and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.3. Once a Bet has been accepted by the Sportsbook, it may not be cancelled or changed. The Sportsbook shall not be liable for any missing or duplicate Stakes placed by an End Player. Requests to amend accepted Stakes or placed Bets will not be reviewed on the grounds that a Bet was missing or duplicated.
3.4. All transactions of an End Player can be checked in the “My Bets” section of the Sportsbook account to verify that all intended Bets have been successfully accepted.
3.5. Any statistical information or editorial content published on the Sportsbook is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes and shall not be used for decision making. No guarantees are given regarding the accuracy of such data or information. The Sportsbook accepts no responsibility or liability for any decisions made by an End Player. It remains the End Player’s responsibility at all times to be informed about circumstances related to an Event or Market.
3.6. The use of automated systems of any kind, including scanners, robots, or similar tools, on the Sportsbook is strictly prohibited. The Sportsbook reserves the right to void any Bet placed using such automated systems.
3.7. The use of multiple accounts or third party accounts to access the Sportsbook services is prohibited. Any Bets placed in violation of this rule shall be declared void.
3.8. The availability of Events and Markets offered on the Sportsbook may vary depending on the jurisdiction, as the Sportsbook offering is always subject to applicable law.
3.9. The Sportsbook relies exclusively on reputable and legitimate data source(s) to determine the outcome of Bets. Unless explicitly stated in these Betting Rules, information about the data source(s) may be provided to an End Player upon request.
3.10. In the event of any conflict between rules, Market Rules shall prevail over Sport Rules, and Sport Rules shall prevail over General Rules. Where no specific Market Rules or Sport Rules apply, the General Rules shall govern.
3.11. Any reference to an “X” in the description of odds or Markets within these terms shall mean a number defined in the Sportsbook offering.
4. Placing a Stake/making a Bet
4.1. All Stakes placed by an End Player and all Bets accepted by the Sportsbook are governed by these Betting Rules and applicable law.
4.2. For a Bet to be considered valid, it must be expressly confirmed as accepted with a corresponding confirmation message displayed in the betslip.
4.3. The decision to accept or reject any Bet remains at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook.
4.4. Bet types:
4.4.1. Single (Ordinary) – a Bet placed on a single outcome of an Event. The payout of a Single Bet is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the Odds.
4.4.2. Combo – a Bet placed on multiple independent outcomes of Events. To win a Combo Bet, all selected outcomes must be predicted correctly. If any outcome is incorrect, the entire Combo Bet is lost. The Combo payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Combo.
4.4.3. System – a collection of Combo Bets representing all possible combinations of a specified size from a defined set of outcomes. Each Combo within the System has the same Stake and the same number of outcomes. When placing a System Bet, the total number of outcomes and the number of Combos must be specified. The System payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the System.
4.4.4. A ‘Trixie’ is a combination Bet consisting of one treble and three doubles derived from a selection of three Events. For the purposes of these Betting Rules, a treble refers to a Combo of 3 Events or Markets, and a double refers to a Combo of 2 Events or Markets. The Trixie payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Trixie.
4.4.5. A ‘Patent’ is a combination Bet that includes one treble, three doubles, and three singles from a selection of three matches. The Patent payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Patent.
4.4.6. A ‘Yankee’ is a combination Bet consisting of one fourfold, four trebles, and six doubles from a selection of four matches. For the purposes of these Betting Rules, a fourfold refers to a Combo of 4 Events or Markets. The Yankee payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Yankee.
4.4.7. A ‘Canadian’ (also referred to as ‘Super Yankee’) is a combination Bet consisting of one fivefold, five fourfolds, ten trebles, and ten doubles from a selection of five matches. For the purposes of these Betting Rules, a fivefold refers to a Combo of 5 Events or Markets. The Canadian payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Canadian.
4.4.8. A ‘Heinz’ is a combination Bet that includes one sixfold, six fivefolds, fifteen fourfolds, twenty trebles, and fifteen doubles from a selection of six matches. For the purposes of this clause and these Betting Rules, a sixfold refers to a Combo consisting of 6 Events or Markets. Heinz payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Heinz.
4.4.9. A ‘Super Heinz’ is a combination Bet that includes one sevenfold, seven sixfolds, twenty-one fivefolds, thirty-five fourfolds, thirty-five trebles, and twenty-one doubles from a selection of seven matches. For the purposes of this clause and these Betting Rules, a sevenfold refers to a Combo consisting of 7 Events or Markets. Super Heinz payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Super Heinz.
4.4.10. A ‘Goliath’ is a combination Bet that includes one eightfold, eight sevenfolds, twenty-eight sixfolds, fifty-six fivefolds, seventy fourfolds, fifty-six trebles, and twenty-eight doubles from a selection of eight matches. For the purposes of this clause and these Betting Rules, an eightfold refers to a Combo consisting of 8 Events or Markets. Goliath payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Goliath.
4.4.11. If Odds contain more than two digits after the decimal point, the payout shall be rounded to the second digit after the decimal point.
4.4.12. “Cash out” is an individual offer initiated by the Sportsbook and presented to an End Player, intended to modify one or more essential betting conditions (such as coefficient, event settlement time, etc.) in order to create a new Bet and terminate the existing Bet at any moment (hereinafter referred to as Cash out). The End Player may either accept or reject the offer to redeem a Bet. By selecting “Cash out”, the End Player confirms acceptance of the new essential terms of the Bet. Cash out options may be available for both pre-match and live betting. The Sportsbook reserves the right to amend the repurchase offer over time or to refuse to create a repurchase Bet without providing reasons.
4.4.13. “Bet Builder” is a Bet placed on multiple Markets within the same Event, such as totals, 1×2, team statistics, player propositions, and other Markets identified with a Bet Builder tab. To win a Bet Builder Bet, all selected Market outcomes must be predicted correctly. If any selected Market outcome is incorrect, the entire Bet Builder Bet is lost. Bet Builder payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the Bet Builder Bet. Bet Builder may be available for various sports that are marked with a dedicated Bet Builder tab within the Event.
Bet Builder Bets may also be included in Combo or System Bets consisting of other Bet Builder Bets or a combination of Bet Builder Bets and non-Bet Builder Bets.
Special terms of Bet Builder:
a) Bet Builder Bets may not be available for all sports, Events, or Markets. The availability of Bet Builder Bets shall at all times remain at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook;
b) The availability of Bet Builder Bets is not guaranteed, and the Sportsbook reserves the right to discontinue Bet Builder Bets for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to technical issues or sports betting integrity matters;
c) The Sportsbook reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove the Bet Builder functionality, in whole or in part, at any time;
d) The Sportsbook reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Bet Builder Bet if the Bet or any selection within the Bet has been settled incorrectly, in accordance with the error-related provisions of these Betting Rules;
f) The Sportsbook reserves the right to accept or void any Bet included in a Bet Builder Bet in line with the Betting Rules governing void Bets. If one or more Bets within a Bet Builder Bet are voided, the remaining non-voided Bets shall remain valid. In such cases, the provisions related to void Bets shall apply.
4.4.14. “Early Payout” is a feature that allows a Bet to be settled as a winning Bet prior to the conclusion of an Event if a predefined condition is fulfilled within the selected Event and Market. Once the Early Payout condition is met, the Bet is treated as a winning Bet regardless of the final outcome of the Event. The availability of Early Payout, its conditions, and the applicable Markets are determined solely at the discretion of the Sportsbook and may vary depending on the Event and Market.
Bets with the Early Payout feature may also be included in Combo or System Bets, either with other Early Payout Bets or in combination with non-Early Payout Bets. Early Payout may also apply to Bets placed using the Bet Builder feature.
Markets eligible for the Early Payout feature are marked with a special “Early Payout” label. The specific settlement conditions for each Market are displayed in a tooltip available by clicking the “Early Payout” label on the Event page or in the “My Bets” section.
Special terms for the use of Early Payout:
a) Early Payout is available only for selected Events, Markets, or Bet types and solely at the discretion of the Sportsbook. The availability of Early Payout is always subject to the exclusive decision of the Sportsbook;
b) The availability of Early Payout is not guaranteed. The Sportsbook reserves the right to withdraw Early Payout for any Event, Market, or Bet at any time without prior notice (e.g. due to technical issues, betting integrity matters, legal requirements, or other reasons).
c) In the case of Combo or System Bets that include both Early Payout and non-Early Payout selections, only those selections that meet the Early Payout conditions will be settled early. All remaining selections within the Combo or System Bet shall remain open until final settlement in accordance with the standard Betting Rules;
d) Early Payout may also be available for Markets included within a Bet Builder Bet;
e) The Sportsbook reserves the right to amend, suspend, or fully remove the Early Payout feature, or any part of it, at any time without providing reasons;
f) In the event of an incorrect settlement of a Bet via Early Payout caused by technical or human error, the Sportsbook reserves the right to correct such settlement in line with the general Betting Rules governing settlement errors;
g) Settlement of a Bet via Early Payout is final and shall not be reversed, even if the final result of the Event changes after the Early Payout condition has been triggered;
h) The Sportsbook reserves the right to reject or void Bets subject to Early Payout in accordance with the general Betting Rules on Bet acceptance and voiding. If a Bet with Early Payout is voided, the general rules applicable to void Bets shall apply.
4.5. Market types:
4.5.1. “Match” (1X2) allows betting on the partial or final outcome of a match or Event. The available options are: “1” – Home team or the team listed on the left side of the offer; “X” – Draw or the middle selection; “2” – Away team or the team listed on the right side of the offer.
4.5.2. “Correct Score” allows betting on the exact partial or final score of a match or Event.
4.5.3. “Over/Under” (Totals) allows betting on the partial or final total number of a predefined occurrence (e.g. goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.). If the total number of occurrences in the Event exactly matches the number specified in the betting line, all Bets placed on this Market shall be declared void. Example: if the betting line is set at 128.0 points and the match ends with a score of 64-64, all related Bets will be void.
4.5.4. “Odd/Even” allows betting on whether the partial or final number of a predefined occurrence (e.g. goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.) in an Event is odd or even. For clarity, odd numbers include 1, 3, 5, etc., while even numbers include 0, 2, 4, etc.
4.5.5. “Head-to-Head” and or “Triple-Head” allows betting on a competition between two or three participants or outcomes, either arising from an officially organised Event or virtually defined by the Sportsbook.
4.5.6. “Half time/Full time” allows betting on both the half time result and the final result of a match. For example, if the half time score is 1-0 and the match ends 1-1, the winning outcome is 1/X. The Bet shall be void if the regular playing time of the match follows a different format than specified in the Bet, such as formats other than two halves.
4.5.7. “Period betting” allows, where applicable, betting on the outcome of each individual period within a match or Event.
4.5.8. “Draw No Bet” allows, where applicable, betting on either “1” or “2” as defined in clause 4.5.1. This Market is also commonly used when draw odds are not offered. If the match ends in a draw or the specified occurrence does not take place (e.g. Draw No Bet and the match ends 0-0), the Stake shall be refunded.
4.5.9. “Handicap” allows, where applicable, betting on whether the selected outcome will be successful after the listed handicap is added to or subtracted from the match, period, or total score to which the Bet applies. If the result after applying the handicap exactly equals the betting line, all Bets placed on this Market shall be void. Example: a Bet on -3.0 goals will be void if the selected team wins by exactly a 3 goal margin (3-0, 4-1, 5-2, etc.).
4.5.10. “Asian Handicap”: Home team (-1.75) vs Away team (+1.75). This means that the Stake is divided into two equal Bets placed on the outcomes -1.5 and -2.0. For the Bet to be fully settled as a win at the listed Odds, the Home team must win the match by more than both listed handicaps, meaning by a margin of 3 goals or more. If the Home team wins by exactly a 2 goal margin, the Bet will be partially won, with full payout on the -1.5 portion and a refund on the -2.0 portion, as that outcome is considered a tie. If the match results in any other outcome, including a Home team victory by only 1 goal, the entire Stake will be lost. The Away team receives a +1.75 goal advantage, meaning the Stake is divided into two equal Bets placed on +1.5 and +2.0.
4.5.11. “Double Chance” allows, where applicable, placing a Bet on two partial or final outcomes of an Event at the same time. The available options are 1X, 12, and X2, where “1”, “X”, and “2” are defined in clause 4.5.1.
4.5.12. “Outright” or “Place” allows placing a Bet by selecting from a list of alternatives and staking on the possibility that a participant in an Event wins or finishes in a specified position within the final classification of the Event.
4.5.13. Bets on “Quarter / Half / Period X” allow betting on the result or score achieved within the specified timeframe only and do not include any points, goals, or events recorded outside of that timeframe. Bets will be void if the match is played in a format different from the one stated in the offer, shown on the scoreboard, or defined in the standard rules of the respective sport as determined by the governing body (where applicable).
4.5.14. Bets on “Result at end of Quarter / Half / Period X” refer to the result of the match or Event at the conclusion of the specified timeframe and include all points, goals, or events accumulated in previous parts of the match or Event. Bets will be void if the match is played in a format other than the one specified in the offer, displayed on the scoreboard, or defined by the standard rules of the relevant sport as determined by the governing body (where applicable).
4.5.15. Bets on “Race to X Points / Race to X Goals…” and similar offers relate to the team or participant that first reaches the specified number of points, goals, or events. If the offer specifies a timeframe or other limitation, points, goals, or events occurring outside of that timeframe will not be considered. If the stated total is not reached within the specified timeframe, all related Bets will be void unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer.
4.5.16. Bets on “Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X” and similar offers refer to the team or participant that scores or achieves the specified occurrence. For settlement purposes, any events occurring prior to the listed occurrence are not taken into account. If the specified occurrence does not take place within the defined timeframe, all related Bets will be void unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.
4.5.17. Bets referring to the occurrence of a specific event in a predefined sequence, such as “First Card” or “Next Team to receive penalty minutes”, will be void if it is not possible to determine the winning outcome beyond reasonable doubt, for example when players from different teams receive a card during the same interruption of play.
4.5.18. “Team to score first and win” refers to the selected team scoring the first goal of the match and subsequently winning the match. If no goals are scored during the match, all related Bets will be void.
4.5.19. Any reference to a “clean sheet” means that the selected team must not concede any goals during the match.
4.5.20. “Team to win from behind” refers to the selected team winning the match after having been at least one goal behind at any stage of the match.
4.5.21. Any reference to a team winning all halves or periods (e.g. Team to win both halves) means that the selected team must score more goals than its opponent in each of the specified halves or periods of the match.
4.5.22. Any reference to “Injury Time” refers to the amount of time indicated by the designated official and not the actual time played.
4.5.23. Settlement of Bets on offers such as “Man of the Match”, “Most Valuable Player”, and similar Markets shall be based on the decision of the Event organiser, unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer.
4.5.24. If a Market includes the exact names of two competitors, all listed competitors must participate in the Event for the Bet to be considered valid.
5. Events and Resulting
5.1. The dates and times of Events displayed in the Sportsbook are provided for informational purposes only. Neither the Sportsbook nor the Operator guarantees the accuracy of such information. An incorrectly displayed date and or time of an Event shall not be grounds for voiding Bets unless expressly stated otherwise in these Betting Rules.
5.2. The Sportsbook platform may show live scores for informational purposes only. The accuracy of such information is not guaranteed and shall not be used for the settlement of Bets.
5.3. Bets placed on an Event, including all Markets within that Event, shall be settled after the Event has been completed and the official result has been announced.
5.4. The result of an Event shall be determined on the date of its completion unless the official result is confirmed at a later time. The final result shall be the determination made by the governing body of the Event on the date of completion, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Betting Rules. If an Event takes place outside official competitions, Bets shall be settled based on the information provided by the Event organiser.
5.5. If an Event has started but is not completed within 48 hours from its official start time, all Bets placed on that Event shall be void, with the exception of:
- Bets placed on Markets related to periods that have been completed;
- Events which by their nature may last longer than 30 hours (e.g. golf tournaments);
- Sport-specific exceptions defined in these Betting Rules for individual sports;
- Bets on the “First Team to Score”, which shall have action once a score occurs, regardless of whether the Event is completed.
5.6. The settlement of an Event that is suspended after it has started shall be determined according to the rules applicable to the respective sport. If no such sport-specific rules apply, clause 5.5 of the General Rules shall apply.
5.7. For Bet settlement purposes, any protested or overturned decisions that alter the final result of an Event or Market shall not be taken into account.
5.8. Bets are placed on the outcome of an Event or Market regardless of the score at the time the Bet is placed. For example, incorrect score displays, except for soccer goals and red cards, shall not be grounds for voiding Bets.
5.9. Bets placed on a specific period consider only the scoring that occurs within that period and are not affected by events in earlier or later periods.
5.10. If a “Draw” option is offered together with Winner Markets for an Event and the Event ends in a draw, all Bets on the Winner Markets for each team shall lose. If a draw option is not offered and the Event ends in a draw, all Bets on the Winner Markets for both teams shall be void unless expressly stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.
5.11. If an Event is completed due to a forfeit, walkover, or any other situation in which the Event is not actually played, all Bets on that Event shall be void regardless of how the governing body records the result.
5.12. Misspellings, typographical errors, team name changes, or incorrect league information shall not constitute grounds for voiding a Bet, provided that the intended Event is reasonably clear from the context.
5.13. If an Event is conducted with an incorrect number of sections (e.g. periods, sets, etc.) or with a non-standard duration without such variation being indicated, all Bets on that Event shall be void.
5.14. For the Market “Aggregate Home/Away score of a league on a day or week”, if not all Events within that league for the relevant day or week are completed, all Bets placed on that Market shall be void.
5.15. For the Market “Multi-way betting”, Bets shall have action unless a specific condition is stated requiring a particular competitor to start for the Bet to have action. If such a condition is included and the specified competitor does not start, all Bets on all competitors shall be void.
5.16. All winning Bets on “Multi-way” Markets are paid at full Odds, regardless of the number of winners.
5.17. If a Market includes “The Field” as a betting option, named teams or competitors must defeat all other competitors for a Bet on that team or competitor to win. If a listed competitor ties for first place, Bets on the tied competitors shall be void and all other Bets shall lose.
5.18. All settled Markets are considered final after 72 hours, and no claims will be accepted after this period. Within 72 hours of settlement, the Sportsbook may correct or resettle results only in cases of human error, system error, or incorrect data provided by the results source.
5.19. Outright Bets are considered active and shall be settled as a loss if the selected participant does not take part in the Event, unless otherwise stated. Dead heat rules apply when there is more than one winner. In such cases, the Stake is divided by the number of tied selections, with the corresponding portion settled as a win and the remainder settled as a loss.
5.20. If one of the competitors in an Event does not start, the Sportsbook shall cancel the relevant head to head Market.
5.21. In racing sports, unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport rules, if both competitors do not finish the Event, the competitor who completes more laps shall be declared the winner. If both competitors retire on the same lap, the head to head Market shall be void.
5.22. If competitors finish in the same position, all Bets on the relevant head to head Market shall be void.
5.23. All match Markets do not include overtime unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Acceptance, suspension and voiding of Bets
6.1. All Bets are accepted or rejected solely at the discretion of the Sportsbook and in accordance with its risk management policies, as applicable from time to time.
6.2. Acceptance of live (in-play) Bets may be subject to a short delay before confirmation and or may remain pending during potentially decisive situations (e.g. free kick, one on one attack, etc.), at the Sportsbook’s discretion.
6.3. The Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any Bet at any time.
6.4. The Sportsbook platform reserves the right to declare Bets, or any part thereof, void (with settlement at Odds of “1”) or to suspend payouts until the completion of any investigation or trial, including judicial proceedings, in any of the following cases:
6.4.1. Errors occurred during the acceptance of Bets;
6.4.2. Software or website errors exist, including but not limited to obvious typographical mistakes in the list of offered Events, discrepancies in Odds, or clearly incorrect or abnormal Odds;
6.4.3. Indications of unfair practices are detected, including fraudulent betting, obviously incorrect Odds, or manipulated Odds;
6.4.4. Deviations from the applicable rules occurred during the acceptance of a Bet;
6.4.5. Other circumstances exist that confirm the Bet was placed incorrectly;
6.4.6. The Bet was placed after the Event had already started or after the relevant occurrence had already taken place;
6.4.7. The venue of the Event was changed, unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport rules;
6.4.8. The outcome of the Event or Market was already known at the time the Bet was placed, or the Odds were not updated correctly due to technical issues;
6.4.9. The outcome has been modified due to the imposition of sanctions, or where such sanctions affect the result of the Event, including penalty points, enforced relegations, or other measures imposed for reasons other than the normal results of the competition.
6.5. If there is an obvious error in the Odds or Market limits, Bets placed on such erroneous Odds or exceeding the Market limits may be void. If, for any reason, a Bet is accepted after an Event has started, other than clearly indicated live in-play betting, the Bet shall have action unless the End Player has gained a material advantage. The Sportsbook reserves the right to void the Bet if it determines that an unfair advantage was obtained.
6.6. In cases of suspected unfair activity, the Sportsbook reserves the right to void any Bet, with settlement at Odds of “1”, or to suspend withdrawals for up to 31 calendar days.
6.7. For End Player accounts with negative balances, the Sportsbook reserves the right to void any pending Bets, regardless of whether they were placed using funds resulting from an error.
6.8. The Sportsbook reserves the right to suspend the acceptance of Bets for any specific End Player ID without prior notice.
6.9. The Sportsbook shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by an End Player as a result of system malfunctions, defects, delays, data manipulation, or transmission errors.
6.10. Any abuse of gaming software errors or translation mistakes is strictly prohibited. Any End Player or Operator who becomes aware of an error in the gaming software must report it immediately. In cases where such errors are abused, the Sportsbook reserves the right to suspend the End Player’s account, freeze funds, and cancel placed or settled Bets.
6.11. In Combo Bets, also known as accumulators, parlays, or multis, where selected outcomes are directly related, such as betting on Barcelona to win La Liga combined with a Barcelona victory in a decisive match, such Bets shall be void.
7. Betting integrity
7.1. (Intentionally left blank).
7.2. The Sportsbook may, at its discretion, impose limits on the maximum amount of any Bet or Stake for any Event, Market, Operator, or End Player individually. Maximum Bet and Stake limits may be amended at any time without prior written notice. Such changes shall not affect Bets that have already been accepted.
7.3. End Players are permitted to place Bets only on an individual basis. Group betting is not allowed. Multiple Bets placed on the same outcome by the same or different End Players may, at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook, be declared void.
7.4. Even after the official result of an Event is known, the Sportsbook reserves the right to declare certain Bets invalid if it determines that End Players acted in collusion, as part of a syndicate, or if the Bets were placed by one or more End Players within a short time period.
7.5. The Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse acceptance of Bets or to void Bets already placed if they are made from multiple accounts using the same IP address.
7.6. The Sportsbook may suspend or make unavailable any Event or Market for betting where there is a suspected integrity, fairness, game, or system issue until the matter is resolved. Depending on the circumstances, the Sportsbook may suspend betting, withhold settlement, or decline any Bet until the issue is resolved, while acting fairly, reasonably, and in good faith.
7.7. Betting on fixed matches is strictly prohibited on the Sportsbook. Any attempt to place Bets on Events or Markets that have been pre-arranged or manipulated in any manner undermines the integrity of the betting environment and constitutes a breach of these Betting Rules. End Players found to be involved in betting on fixed matches will be subject to immediate restrictions and cancellation of Bets. The Sportsbook maintains a zero tolerance policy toward activities that compromise fair play and trust. By using the Sportsbook, End Players agree to refrain from participating in any form of betting related to fixed matches and acknowledge that violations may result in permanent restrictions. Any suspected involvement in betting on fixed matches will be thoroughly investigated, and decisions will be made in accordance with internal policies. End Players are encouraged to report any suspicious activity related to fixed matches to the support team for investigation.
7.8. In the event of a game or system malfunction, including situations where betting transactions cannot be recovered, all affected Bets shall be void and the corresponding Stakes returned to the End Players.
7.9. If official time-related data for an Event cannot be obtained, the Sportsbook shall void all Bets affected by such delay.
7.10. The use of arbitrage strategies, which involve exploiting differences in Odds across different bookmakers or Sportsbooks to secure guaranteed profit, is strictly prohibited. The Sportsbook does not permit any betting activity intended to manipulate Odds or take advantage of discrepancies for assured returns. End Players found engaging in arbitrage betting will have their Bets immediately cancelled. The Sportsbook is committed to providing fair and competitive betting conditions, and any attempt to circumvent this principle undermines the integrity of the platform. By using the Sportsbook, End Players agree to refrain from arbitrage strategies and acknowledge that violations may result in permanent restrictions. 1.11. Interval Markets are settled based on the goal time announced by the TV broadcast. If such information is unavailable, the official match clock time shall apply.
1.12. Interval goal Markets are settled based on the moment the ball crosses the goal line and not the time the shot is taken.

1.14. Booking interval Markets are settled based on the time the card is shown, not the time the infringement occurs.

- Official source, such as the official league or competition website.
- WhoScored (https://whoscored.com/).
- 365 Scores (https://365scores.com/).
- Sofascore (https://sofascore.com/).
This order of sources is final and binding. Lower-priority sources will be disregarded if the relevant statistics are available from a higher-priority source. For Bet settlement purposes, the initially published results shall be used. Any subsequent amendments to the statistics shall not be grounds for re-settlement.
1.32. All soccer Player Props Bets are settled using data provided by OPTA (https://soccerstats.info/).
1.33. Post or crossbar (woodwork): if the ball hits the post or crossbar and remains in play, including being touched by a player, the referee, or rebounding off another post or crossbar. If the ball strikes the goal post or crossbar and then rebounds onto another post or crossbar without being touched by a player or the referee after the first impact, only one post or crossbar hit is counted.
1.34. Offsides: if a free kick is awarded following an offside decision, the offside shall be counted.
1.35. The use of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) (“Video Review”) during matches is confirmed by TV broadcasts only after one of the following actions occurs: the head referee clearly signals a video review by drawing a rectangle in the air, or the head referee reviews the incident on the on-field video review screen.
N.B. The message “Goal Check” shown on the scoreboard, or the referee placing a hand to their ear, does not indicate an official video review. Any other communication between referees and their assistants is also not considered an official video review. More on the official video review system (VAR) https://fifa.com/technical/football-technology.
1.36. Bet on the medical team entering the field.
The medical team is considered to have entered the field only when permission is granted by the referee and the player receives medical assistance. If two medical teams are called onto the field at the same time by the head referee for different teams, this is counted as one medical team entrance.
1.37. Expected goals (xG). Expected goals is a statistical metric in football that provides insight into the quality of scoring chances. The abbreviation for expected goals is “xG”.
These Bets are settled using absolute values expressed in hundredths. https://fotmob.com/ is used as the reference source for settlement.
1.38. Interpretation of terms used for Soccer Player Props:
1.38.1. Goal or Own Goal
Different governing bodies apply different rules, and where possible OPTA (https://soccerstats.info/) cooperates with the relevant authorities to reflect official decisions regarding goal scorers.
In the case of deflections, a goal is generally awarded if the original attempt was on target. An own goal is typically awarded if the original attempt was off target and the ball is deflected into the goal by an opposing player.
1.38.2. Shots
A shot is defined as any clear attempt to score that:
- Results in the ball entering the net, regardless of intent.
- Is a clear scoring attempt that would have entered the net but was saved by the goalkeeper or stopped by a last-man defender when the goalkeeper had no chance to prevent the goal.
- Travels over or wide of the goal without touching another player.
- Would have gone over or wide of the goal but is stopped by a goalkeeper save or by an outfield player.
- Directly strikes the goal frame without resulting in a goal.
Blocked shots are not considered shots.
1.38.3. Shots on goal refer to any goal attempt that:
- Enters the net, regardless of intent.
- Is a clear scoring attempt that would have entered the net but was saved by the goalkeeper or stopped by a last-man defender with no possibility for the goalkeeper to prevent the goal.
Shots that directly hit the goal frame are not counted as shots on goal unless the ball enters the net and is awarded as a goal.
Shots blocked by another player who is not the last-man defender are not counted as shots on goal.
1.38.4. Goal Assist
A goal assist is the final touch, including a pass, pass-cum-shot, or any other touch, that leads directly to a goal being scored. If this final touch is deflected by an opposing player, an assist is awarded only if the receiving player was likely to gain possession even without the deflection. Own goals, direct free kicks, goals scored directly from corners, and penalties do not receive an assist.
1.38.5. Tackle
A tackle occurs when a player successfully challenges for the ball on the ground and takes possession away from an opponent who is clearly in control of the ball.
The opponent must be in clear possession of the ball before the tackle is made.
- A tackle won is recorded when the tackler or a team-mate gains possession following the challenge, or when the ball goes out of play in a safe manner.
- A tackle lost is recorded when the tackle is made but the ball goes to an opposing player.
Both outcomes are considered successful tackles, with the distinction based on which team gains possession after the challenge.
Intercepting a pass by any method is not considered a tackle.

IV. eSports Solution Betting Rules
1.1. General Rules
1.1.1. The Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds, including but not limited to typographical errors, back-office mistakes, fixed or manipulated events, switched odds, or bets placed after the event has started or where the match was affected by evident technical issues.
1.1.2. All bets shall be settled once the outcome of the respective market has been determined.
1.1.3. The “Match” (1X2) market allows betting on the partial or final outcome of a match or event. The available selections are: “1” – the home team or the team listed on the left side of the offer; “X” – a draw or the middle selection; “2” – the away team or the team listed on the right side of the offer.
1.1.4. The “Correct Score” market allows betting on the partial or final exact score of a match or event.
1.1.5. The “Over/Under” (Totals) market allows betting on the partial or final total number of a predefined occurrence (e.g. goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.). If the final total equals the betting line exactly, all bets on this market shall be declared void. Example: if the betting line is 128.0 points and the match ends with a score of 64-64, all bets will be void.
1.1.6. The “Odd/Even” market allows betting on whether the partial or final total of a predefined occurrence (e.g. goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.) is odd or even. “Odd” refers to 1, 3, 5, etc.; “Even” refers to 0, 2, 4, etc.
1.1.7. The “Half Time / Full Time” market allows betting on the result at half-time and the final result of the match. For example, if the half-time score is 1-0 and the match ends 1-1, the winning outcome is 1/X. This market shall be void if the match is played in a time format different from that specified in the bet (i.e. other than two halves).
1.1.8. The “Period Betting” market allows betting on the outcome of individual periods within a match or event.
1.1.9. The “Draw No Bet” market allows betting on either selection “1” or “2” as defined in clause 1.1.3. This term is also used where no draw odds are offered. If the match ends in a draw or if the specified occurrence does not take place, all stakes shall be refunded.
1.1.10. The “Handicap” market allows betting on whether the selected outcome will be successful after the specified handicap is added to or subtracted from the relevant match, period, or total score. If the adjusted result equals the handicap line exactly, all bets on this market shall be declared void.
1.1.11. The “Asian Handicap” market applies a split handicap to the selected team. For example, Home Team (-1.75) versus Away Team (+1.75) means that the total stake is divided into two equal parts and placed on handicaps -1.5 and -2.0 respectively. For the bet to be fully successful at the quoted odds, the Home Team must win the match by a margin greater than both handicap values (i.e. by three or more goals). If the Home Team wins by exactly two goals, the bet will be partially won, with the -1.5 portion settled as a win and the -2.0 portion refunded, as it is considered a tie. If the Home Team wins by only one goal, draws, or loses the match, the entire stake will be lost. For Away Team (+1.75), the stake is likewise divided into +1.5 and +2.0 handicaps.
1.1.12. The “Double Chance” market allows betting on two possible outcomes of a match or event simultaneously. The available selections are 1X, 12, and X2, where “1”, “X”, and “2” are defined in clause 1.1.3.
1.1.13. The “Team to Score First and Win” market requires the listed team to score the first goal of the match and subsequently win the match. If no goals are scored during the match, all bets on this market shall be void.
1.1.14. Bets on “Quarter / Half / Period X” refer exclusively to the result or score achieved within the specified timeframe and do not include any points, goals, or events occurring outside that timeframe. Bets will be void if the match is played in a format other than the one specified in the offer.
1.1.15. Bets on “Result at End of Quarter / Half / Period X” refer to the cumulative result of the match or event at the conclusion of the specified timeframe, including all points, goals, or events accumulated in prior periods.
1.1.16. Bets on “Race to X Points / Race to X Goals” and similar markets refer to the team or participant that first reaches the specified number of points, goals, or events. If a timeframe or period restriction is stated, only occurrences within that timeframe will be considered. If the specified total is not reached within the stated timeframe, all bets will be void unless otherwise specified.
1.1.17. Bets on “Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X” and similar markets refer to the team or participant that scores or wins the specified occurrence. Events occurring prior to the listed occurrence are not taken into account for settlement. If the specified occurrence does not take place within the stated timeframe, all bets will be void unless otherwise specified.
1.1.18. Any market referring to a team winning all halves or periods (e.g. “Team to Win Both Halves”) requires the listed team to score more goals or points than its opponent in each of the specified halves or periods.
1.2. Basketball Market Rules
1.2.1. All basketball markets exclude overtime unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.2.2. If a match ends before the specified Xth point is reached, the following markets shall be void: “Who Scores Xth Point? (incl. OT)” and “Which Team Will Win Race to X Points? (incl. OT)”.
1.3. Cricket Market Rules
1.3.1. Delivery Markets – Runs Off Delivery: The result is determined by the number of runs added to the team total from the specified delivery. All illegal deliveries are counted as deliveries for settlement purposes. For example, if an over starts with a wide, the first delivery will be settled as one run, and the next ball will be considered the second delivery. Runs scored from additional deliveries caused by free hits or re-bowled deliveries due to illegal balls do not count. All runs, whether scored off the bat or as extras, are included. For example, a wide delivery with three additional runs taken equals four runs for settlement.
1.3.2. Over Markets – Runs in Over: The specified over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement has already been determined. If an innings ends during an over, that over will be deemed complete unless the innings ends due to external factors such as bad weather, in which case all bets will be void unless already settled. If the over does not commence, all bets will be void. Extras and penalty runs count towards settlement.
1.3.3. Wicket in Over: For settlement purposes, all wickets are counted, including run outs. A batter retiring hurt does not count as a wicket. If a batter is timed out or retired out, the wicket is deemed to have occurred on the previous delivery.
1.3.4. Over Odd / Even: Bets refer to whether the total number of runs scored in the specified over is odd or even. Settlement follows the same rules as “Runs in Over”. A total of zero runs is considered even.
1.3.5. Innings Markets: In limited overs matches, bets will be void if fewer than 80% of the overs scheduled at the time the bet was placed are completed due to external factors, unless settlement has already been determined. Bets placed on future innings remain valid regardless of results in earlier innings. In First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs are bowled, or if an innings is incomplete with fewer than 60 overs bowled, unless settlement has already been determined. If a team declares, the innings will be considered complete for settlement purposes.
